When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 9 PM MT will ship the following business day. Cancellations or mistakes to your order need to be in by 10 AM MT the morning after you place your order.

Can I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, we'll send you an email with the shipping and tracking information. Using the tracking number(s) provided, you can track your order by visiting the USPS website. If you still have questions, feel free to contact us at (970) 761-2278.
Where does Outdoor K9 ship?
We only ship to the Continental US.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free over over $49. Shipping below $49 is $10 flat rate.

All shipping time frames are an estimate and are not guaranteed.
Who do you use for shipping?
Most products sold by outdoork9.com qualify for free exchanges or replacement within 30 days from the date the order ships. The product must be in its original condition, unused and in its orignial packaging.
We do not refund any freight or shipping charges.
As soon as you return your item to us, and its received into our system we will expeditiously send a refund request to your bank. Please note that while the funds are instantly deducted from our account some banks may take 5-7 business days to process and post refunds to your account.
